The dynamic CEO of VMSoftsys, Siddu Metri had humble beginnings in Managuli, Vijayapura studying in the govt school and Swami Vivekananda Rural School (Ramakrishna Ashram) till the 10th standard. Coming from a Kannada medium background didn’t faze Mr Metri as he finished his Pre-University in Karnataka Science College, Dharwad and then completed Bachelors of Engineering in Jnana Vikas Institute of Technology, Bidadi with flying colours.
Career
Being very socially conscious, Mr Metri aspired to contribute to the welfare of society by becoming a police officer in the prestigious Karnataka Police Force. But to his misfortune, the Karnataka govt didn’t conduct recruitment for the same during 2011-2013. But this didn’t discourage his spirit as Mr Metri joined the workforce as a software engineer and contributed to various charities, aided the poor and helped the underprivileged get jobs to sustain themselves.
After working for two years as a Software Engineer, Mr Metri switched to Digital Marketing & Website Development in 2014. Post a successful stint of 5 years in the field, Mr Metri decided to become a freelancer, providing the same outstanding service that clients had come to expect from him. During the lockdown of 2020, it was apparent to Mr Metri that he has to now start a business of his own and in April 2021, VM Softsys was born.

With his gogetting nature and the perfectionist he is, he has achieved everything till date with sheer determination and hard work. His educational background and initial experience of working in digital marketing experience has helped him channel VMSoftsys in the right direction.
